Enough with the people pretending to be in favor of RTO and carry water for leadership. You don’t actually like it and neither does anyone else. Stand alongside your peers as one in unison, and push back against this tyrannical leadership. This isn’t just their company, this is OUR company.
If you have free will then you prefer choice. If you want to RTO, go ahead, but those who don’t shouldn’t have to. In reality and all honesty everyone knows there is no positive benefit to RTO. At the end of the day the only thing that matters are individual results, not where you sit.
We need to put an end to this before it gets out of control. The more people who leave just becomes more work for you to pick up.
