the soln is simple. get rid of 800 people. There aren't that many useful projects anyways. over employed company like amazon
"In my 20 years I have never been guaranteed a parking space. I always pay for parking. Ge-z"
Which building are you in? It is bad in Atlanta but it is not a 1000% over occupancy.
none, doesn't exist. make up something more believable, no office has 1200 employees and only 150 desks
“So what happened to all the desks?”
We had a sizable amount of fully remote employees before COVID. The stank pulled everyone back in regardless of their status in 2019 which is the problem.
I was full time office for 20 years before Covid. I don’t mind going back to 5x8 as it stands. I do mind going back to 5x8 being treated as cattle having to race to the office to get parking and a place to work. It’s unprofessional. If they wanted a return to pre covid they should’ve just returned us to our status as it was in 2019.
No logic with the stank though. He wants all of us gone.
So what happened to all the desks? I know for an absolute fact we had 3x more employees when I started working here. I also know there are floors full of office equipment. Granted it’s old and undesirable but a desk is a desk. . Every large building has storage floors for unused equipment. They won’t spend the money to haul off junk so they store it.
Believe me. In no way shape or form is this fake news. It's real, it's my reality :(
That would be Bedminster
def one of the ATL buildings
Bedminster NJ?
Fake news.
If this is fact, retain an attorney now. Do not wait. You don’t want to be herded into a class action lawsuit and collect pennies. Take this to a democrat attorney that hates big corporations and let their law firm feast on it as it reveals malice, full intent and negligence. Big payday that T thought was coming will be flowing into the hands of employees.
Alpharetta, I think is 3500 employees and 2000 desks
That is a great question. Inquiring minds want to know.
