For those still in the notice period, are you able to access your past performance reviews?
Unless I am simply forgetting where to find them in Workday, they are no longer there for me to obtain.

Request past reviews from HR if you cannot access online. This info has your job responsibilities, skills, dates, job titles, etc. The info will help you when creating or updating your resume.

Guys, guys, guys. Start emailing all of your reviews to a home account! I would also throw in your comp statements.
