Anyone able to access through the OKTA/ServiceNow log-in?
Common page taken to for HT related items. The 'Forgot password' and 'Help' options do not work.

I got in fine on Tuesday when I downloaded my W2 to my home computer so I could upload it to TurboTax.
I'm talking about Workday, not Service Now.
I'm on a LOA and had to call the help desk to get to Workday. They walked me through something with the HYPR app as well to get in. Good luck
Yes, Monday I called the help desk because the personal email reset didn't work.... they had me uninstall okta on my device (phone), then wait to reinstall until they said ok (reset account) then installed, then scan barcode to set up... has to use wf email instead of personal... was odd. So you may have to call help desk
