This is one I believe in. Get rid of those not performing as expected. Not pulling your weight? Gone. Sadly T does the opposite by getting rid of top talent due to zip codes.
They said it’s less than 1% of their workforce. Our cuts will be much much deeper than that.
Lots of cuts are coming in 2025 especially involving RTO and we all know it.
Good. We all just want a severance check and we are gone. No one wants to be here unless their immigration status is at risk.
