Dude posted the campus with snow saying he’s the “7th employee to arrive”. Basically making others believe T is flexible when weather is bad when we all know it’s not.
Later says 200 employees were there. Which is it? This dude is an absolute clown.

I have known him for a while, and he is nice but just a yes man who goes along with all the changes and never challenges leadership. That is why they promoted him to that role via a requisition. They had another TA Director in Atlanta who also got the director job without a requisition ( JP is the initials) of that person. She was just removed from one client group to another since they couldn't stand her anymore. The whole HR system we have is flawed and unethical, yet they are the ones that promote ethics, such a farce.
There are (or were) some funny comments under that BS post last night. Kudos to those folks.

CSO has a large presence in Middletown NJ. They actually do have a nice setup on the 5th floor. They have a brand new open concept area, and on top of that they have an entire floor of offices with doors as drop in areas.
So they can choose to either be in an office alone or in the open environment.

I get it. Company chose to RTO, but the fake put on of joy and hype is wild af.
We are not supposed to be “having fun” (as HR so eloquently states), nor are we paid to do so. We are there to collaborate and if we are miserable doing so then tough luck for us.
