I agree with fighting back by reporting criminal managers and executives to the regulators. But I totally disagree with forming unions, that is the wrong direction.
Union = Guaranteed increased / accelerated job losses thru the usual methods.
They all are unprofessional & only look out for themselves. They don’t think they need to follow their own rules.
If you compare yourself to a dock worker, you have a problem.
