After TMO adds Starlink as a layer 2 service they can install it at cell sites for emergency backhaul. Now sites that have fixed or portable generators will stay up when transport fails from storms or cuts. Game Changer!
Assuming there is not a storm, clouds, sunburst, etc, it's reliable.
And T-Mo hitches a ride. They are better than FirstNet - they're available to the public when the public needs them.
