You have more power than you think. Might not be in the position, but remember those times you pulled yourself through. Stand on your laurels. Earn the money while planning out, or get the he-l out of dodge if you have the opportunity. Writing is on the wall.

Or stay and hopefully be one of the ones who steps up and changes the company for the better. I’ve seen it in pockets, but once that person moves past L3 they drink the koolaid or see the light and bounce for better company/position. The hand of God may not even be able to make that happen now.
