Have you all received a bonus and raise every year here? If you didn’t receive one, did it later lead to being laid off?

The one year out of 20+ that I didn’t receive a raise was the year my manager retaliated against me for reporting an incident. It took getting a lawyer to keep my job. I was miraculously off the pip, even though it was written in a way that made it impossible to meet. While I was out on my ridiculously short 6 week maternity leave he was fired. I never got that raise or bonus that year. And my pay was significantly cut for having a baby that year. I did receive a mid-year salary rebalancing that gave me an extra $2 in salary. He made a point of saying I didn’t earn it. Just a few months prior I was rated exceeds by the same manager.
No raise for 5 years but did receive large bonuses. Incentive to work harder.
One year no raise as they said I was highly compensated (no where near that now). I have seen a meets with no raise before as they were above range. They Used the excuse they had to be exceeds for raise.
Yes, every year for 15 years. My first bonus was around $5k, now it's in the 40s due to promotions and general salary growth
Until I was "bonus eligible" I got the standard WF tech "bonus" of $300 each year.
There have been 2 years when I got no nominal raise at all. The first was when I was on a small "information security" team (helpdesk) and my manager was actively trying to get me to quit because when she got hired into the job, I explained there was hardly enough work to keep me occupied for 1 hour a day, so I would gladly take a layoff, she said she wouldn't lay me off, then tried her best to get me to quit.
The second was a few years ago where despite no drop in performance, and no substandard rating, I got a slightly smaller bonus but no nominal raise, and it was explained to me that nobody did.
If you factor inflation into the equation, I've only had 2 years with raises in the past quarter-century+ here.
Low bonus and no raise this year unless you are Consistently Exceed.
