What do double ZZs in front of a name mean?
I’m guessing that:
ZY means on leave?
ZZ means no longer with company?
Is there a legend somewhere?

ZY = away on leave. Can be restored, or transition to ZZ.
ZZ = pending delete.
ZZ.ZZ = India is fu--ing stupid and followed the same process twice like mindless automatons.
It means that person is home taking a nice nap and getting paid for it. Not dealing with the hostile, toxic WF environment.
zz.zz is code for employees terminated with extreme prejudice by the order of Shart himself.
ZZ means I quit!!
ZZ.ZZ means I really f'ing quit!!!
I quit and an old coworker told me it shows zz.
zz.zz. shows that a request has been received to disable the account 2X.
zz.zz.zz shows that a request has been received to disable the account 3X.
And yes, zy is for LOA.
Stupid naming
They are sleeping.
i was told zy means still get paid -- and that people on severance are also zy
zy is on leave
zz is left company
Every once in an awhile I’ll see these applied incorrectly by IT but they are usually correct.
I have seen double zz’s but only rarely. I wondered if it has to be something like someone left company or was displaced but there’s a legal hold on their Ad-ent. Just guessing.
No longer with company
I think quit but also could be LOA.
