The only thing that matters is that fewer surveys will be have to be sent out this year and even fewer next year. This company has NEVER given a sh-t what employees think. Employees are a liability and disposable to T. Remember when RJS said publicly it’s all about the number of butts in the seats. That’s what you are you are to T publicly. No telling what employees are called privately in the C suite.

All ages and races used to matter and worked together side by side for decades in a happy and respectful culture of hard working employees. Until one day the priority was a culture of younger non pale skinned employees lead by the hypocrite parade of stuffy old white men. They really fu---d this place over good.
