On Tuesday, the Shared Services Organization will commence notifications to employees situated in certain non-core market locations regarding the relocation of their job functions to alternative geographical areas, including India. Employees within this organization should anticipate the occurrence of multiple phases of such relocations throughout the remainder of the current calendar year. It is important to note that this action will not be contingent upon the existence of any pre-approved medical work-from-home accommodations.

- There are Shared Services groups throughout WF.
- Layoff schedule is not LOB specific. Layoffs will continue to occur across all LOBs until targets are met. What IS leader dependent is tumelines for non-core location displacements. Those timelines vary drastically. Some areas are done. Some areas don't seem to care and are hiring in non-core locations. Others have timeliness between now and 2027 to hit.
- Core locations vary by LOB. Doesn't do any good to ask if a certain market is core. Each LOB has published their core locations. Check out TeamWorks or speak with your manager for specific details.
