I was laid off last month from a shithole office in San Francisco Bay Area. My life now is much happier. No more drama, toxic, Indians, and politics.

Outsourcing jobs to India has nothing to do with DEI or woke. With woke once again being used here in the wrong context. This is purely a financial play by WF. If a country had white labor cheap WF would move the jobs there. Same reason all the foreign auto makers have their factories in the South.
@bc+1jhkeh766 Our Indian replacements are about money, not DEI. Wells Fargo's efforts around DEI are a PR stunt to keep attracting people of color as cheap labor for their branches and call centers. In the end, it's pure capitalism.
It kinda su-ks that we have to be fake nice to the people that are replacing us in India. Can’t understand half of what they are saying. Upper management makes it sound positive and upbeat…we love DEI woke nonsense.
