I seemed to have been dropped from the quarterly bonus results emails that Mr. Stankey used to send out.
Does anybody know if we have met our targets for 2024? Is the bonus plan still part of our pay package? The silence is deafening.

They were changed to connection bonus for the top 20% two years ago. This past year top 10%. This year discontinued for everyone but on senior leaders since we are so lucky to be around them.

Bonus in 2025 will be huge from all the synergistic collaboration going on this year.

I expect a record bonus based on these criteria. Come on bonus. I know of a lot of people planning to leave after they’ve gotten their bonus.
I heard that Stankey receives $10k bonus for every employee who quits and $5k for every laid off.
Probably after the January earnings call.

There doesn't seem to have been an email for Q3.
As to when the overall bonus will be announced, I find e-mails in my inbox on:
1/26/24, 1/27/23, 1/28/22, 1/29/21, 1/31/20, 2/1/19, 2/2/18, 1/29/16, 1/30/15. All of these are Fridays and all were sent between 4 and 5 PM Eastern.
I would therefore think the announcement will come out on a Friday. Furthermore, it needs to be after the earnings call, which is on Monday 1/27. So I'd put money on Friday 1/31.
The BOD usually meets at the end of January to determine if we have met our targets and whether or not a team award will be paid out. We should know more in a couple of weeks.
They already announced bonuses will be less than 100% due to the data breech.
