Bonus comp time

Are there bands for Level with regard to incentive ? Meaning if I am promoted from a K to L and I am meeting/exceeding expectations. Should I expect to get double my incentive if all things are equal ? Also do many people get RSU ?

It's almost completely based on prior incentive, and desire to keep you from senior management. 'Meet' comp can greatly exceed 'exceed' bonus at same grade within same team.

It's loosly tied to your prior incentive, but is highly subjective and also constrained by the existing incentive pool.. I have no idea how they determine that, but it is either up, down, or flat. You aren't guaranteed anything, but if the pool is flat, your bonus would often be the same, but if you go up or down in performance, your manager can subjectively change that also. you can also benefit from poorer performers around you if your manager takes notice of that.. some do, some don't. If your incentive goes down and the pool is up, then you should ask yourself if you are doing your job or perceived to be doing your job.. but if it goes up, you either did better, or some persons around you didn't.

But it's also subjective and not an entitlement, so just do your job and don't pi-s off your boss.

Double? You're at the wrong place.

Only people hitting doubles are at the top.

Hahahaha. You aren’t going to ‘double’ anything. After taxes you will see maybe a grand more. Now go home and get your eff-ing shine box.

You won’t come close to doubling your bonus. At most a few thousand more.
