Shouldn’t most of the leaders in tech get IM? I mean TK loses her job and is replaced and saved by SVB but keeps her outrageous salary and is given another role that is way over her head….AI. She is artificial but has little intelligence.

I'd be really curious to compare the performance rating distribution of senior leaders vs their underlings. Theoretically - shouldn't they be the same? But in reality - I really doubt the 2,3, maybe 4 downs from Scharf are getting many NIs or IMs.

You don't get how this works. Execs can make mistakes that cost the company millions of dollars and they get big increases and bonuses. Plebes stub their toe one time, and 'must' be rated inconsistently meets and get a 0.0% merit "increase". That's how WF works.
Did TK replace Steve H? Steve H got left Wells for Truist. Got trained in AI at Wells before jumping.
