Does a FTE moved to a Workforce Share position qualify for a bonus?

I was moved to a department as part of the workforce share program. I came from a position that didn’t offer a bonus, but since I worked in this new role for at least half of 2024, I was wondering if I might qualify for a bonus, even if it’s only partial. I am a full time employee in the US.

When you’re in the workforce share program, your accounting unit stays the same. There’s a whole page dedicated to explaining everything..

No idea what that is but did your job title change to a bonus eligible role? If so, you should get a prorated amount

Ask your manager for a one time cash bonus for the work delivered given your role does not have bonus
