If you are going to rob us, then give us shares

If you are going to rob budgets in order to fund 4 billion dollars in stock buybacks, then maybe at the very least you could compensate us with some of those shares. This is our livelihood you are messing with in order to enrich yourselves. How long will this be sustainable? Why kick us while we are down? Evil fu--s.

Budgets and raises that don't keep up with inflation
Fake reviews
Forced ranking
Continued shrinking of bonus / bonus pool
RTO and the costs associated with it (time and material)
Asking more and more of us due to massive layoffs and offshoring those jobs to less competent people
H1B shenanigans
