The head of TA Astad is a tool. He gutted all the great staffing people in the markets only to replace them with unfit contractors. It's impacting the talent we are getting, and over time, it's going to affect our revenue with incompetent sales teams. We are already seeing this impact the Retail Northeast States market. The leaders are livid with his direction and the TA leadership team for not hiring the right people and not having market support in person.

He may be a tool, but the majority of the contractors are former TA employees that didn’t move for RTO. Only difference is they are back as contractors.
Astad is the VP of Talent Acquistion and reports up to Lori Lee.

So they say it cost some $55,000 for training a member of management in COR Retail stores but yet it has the highest turnover rate! So explain that one….
Many orgs are making stupid decisions and losing top experts. This is going to be a true FAFO experience and they will definitely find out how it goes. In the end it’s our customers and our quality that suffers and T doesn’t care.
