@a7 every executive is trying to enact their vision so they can put their stamp on the org to say "look what I did!"
All they're really doing is taking us back to the pre-asset cap/threat of break-up organizational structure. They're just undoing what Sloan, the lawyer guy, and Scharf did to keep us from being broken up.
These guys haven't had a new idea in decades.
They need to fire a ton of managers. They are the reason our efficiency ratio isn't budging. Flatten the org and let us do our jobs instead of the constant politicking and distractions. Waste of $
