Considering moving to IT&V. What is it like these days?

People literally sitting around. Easy $$$.
The top 20% do all the work.
It’s sort of like fake audit but worse.
Don't do it! Most of the Managers and Officer's are clueless and will leave you high and dry. There's already been layoffs in IT&V. The best thing to do is leave WF completely if a better opportunity comes up elsewhere.
Another useless oversight function in the wake of the sales practice scandal. Most will be let go once consent orders are lifted.

It is a good gig. Not much to do. Zero accountability. Pays very well.
