Performance is perception based. How do you define top performer.
No top performers at Intel, only top caste.
"Top performer", took a job at Intel last year out of interest. Bothered by a lot of "working at Intel" things but I love Intel and want to continue seeing it through. I can go elsewhere but I don't want to give up on Intel. Will stick around to see what happens for at least another year or two, but if I get laid off I won't try to get rehired at Intel.
If you are a top performer, you would not take a job at intel.
