I want to let you know how your being ripped off with pay. They raised the starting pay for SS&C call center reps to $19-$25/hr. I also know people that been here over 5 years and still only make $15/$16hr. its upsetting to pour my life into a company for nothing. new hires with no experience are getting paid more

When you are not being treated or paid fairly, leave. They don’t really care about you or how you feel. Doing a really good job does not pay dividends like it used to. You are an expense to the company and the least amount of expense is better in their eyes. It is all about the money that bubbles up to the top.
It is very difficult to work for a company and find a way to ride through the ranks. In my experience, you get laid-off every 10 years or so and have to start over. I’m staying out of the corporate world now.
I been here 14 years and only make $19/hr and new hires here less than 6 months are at $20-$25. Pi---s me off. I have friends here about 6 years still at $15/hr. makes me mad. They should be bumped up to $20 if the base pay went up

For sure getting ripped off. People that are in some salaried roles don’t even make that much. Also check out the Ignites article from today. Leadership pay increases and bonuses out the a-s coming to seniors.
