I feel like I am way too underpaid, can anyone help me understand if my salary is good enough? I get 115k as a supervisor. Is it an ok salary?

Hah wish I was making 115k being an SS. When I got the SS position the % they gave was added into my merit and yes % was very low I was that's it and what I got from manager was you work a lot OT really that's your answer so yeah I cut back on OT and doing best I can just to survive this place that's all it is now survival.

Engineering supervisor doing technical engineering work or research work? Yes, underpaid by a few 10a of thousands.
Again it all depends on what you do and the skills + degree needed for that position vs how many others can be available with similar skills.
