Got laid off during COVID in similar industry in US. I got 1 month plus 1.5 weeks for each year of service. I got cash for vacation unused and LHH was helpful for resume refresh and job classes. Also got cash to help pay cobra insurance which I didn’t need because my husband has insurance.. got it anyway. Got placed in two months so it was a nice bonus. As far as I know Intel uses the market comparison for everything and this company would be in the same market so probably more or less the same.

you'll be lucky to get 1 week per year of service. those with sabbaticals due will be paid out. those eligible for "Intel Retirement" benefits should get those.
2 weeks per year? For real?
Dang it. I never get laid off. My boss already told me I’m out of luck, have to stay.
No leaks about packages yet....if so what the source????
holy cr-p I gotta move to germany and then get laid off
What about early retirement? Same as the separation package?
For Germany it was 6 months base + 3 months Garden leave + 1.2 months per year of service for Intel
Is that more or less than prior rounds ? Doesn’t sound too bad ?
How about people less than a year?
2 weeks per year at Intel + remaining sabbatical prorated + vacation week based on your state + COBRA.
Yes
