a tech to actually shop up and install ...... ya sure. 6/10 times that's the ratio. Roll the dice with your orders cause they aint gonna show up.
Fiber!! Really !! The customers signs up and maybe or maybe anyone shows up for the install! If so, they leave cable layn in customers yard for over 20 days and still no one comes to bury yet! Yeah, great service
Thats because they repeatedly add features and services to your plan that you specifically stated you don't want.
Easy to add customers to your overpriced, inferior service when you're literally giving away $1200 devices to people.
We've been through this before - in a couple of years, they'll talk about how they gave away too many phones and now they have to ask every employee to sell a kidney so Stankey can get his yearly $15mil bonus check.
