In Workday you can see your annual benefit rate. For 2022 it shows my current salary. For 2023 it shows a salary 5% higher. Is that my raise just showing up somewhere early?

they bought workday so they didn't have keep tech FTE to maintain time tracker, staff management, and all the other internal HR created tools. And I'm sure they cheaped out in terms of packages for Workday.
That 2023 number is simply your current salary plus whatever bonus you were paid this year.
That's it. Your next raise hasn't accidentally been exposed.
I don't have the 2023 view..........
Workday software is horrible. Did somebody wake up one day and decide to create an HR company?
I’m sorry that so many of you make so little they you have to spend your days counting pennies.
Profile-actions-then you’ll see it in the menu somewhere . They want to make you work for it.
What's the path in Workday to see this?
I've looked in the Pay app and the Benefit app but don't see this info...
No they are included this years bonus amount to your salary. So hopefully we get as much of a bonus next year because that’s BS
Maybe that's how much more expensive benefits will be this year.
