There are cuts all the time, you just don’t here about them because most are big massive cuts like what happened this past August.
For instance, they have been cutting programs left and right for better part of two years, and it is only increasing - which leads to agency and purchased service cuts, the Ford HC cuts follow. This had literally been going on since 2017 and will continue until they say so.
The correct question is when are cuts coming to my skill team/team. Answer - who knows for sure, so you had always be prepared to start looking at a moments notice.
