Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

DW - stop treating us like C R- AP

DW read this - stop treating Americans like sc-m under your feet! Just stop it! Have some loyalty to those that either they helped build this company alongside you or their children have. Stop the woke, demeaning, demoralizing disrespect for the people who made you who you are and contribute to your successes!! Wishing Rex was still here! He wouldn't bow down!

He did not care about it, let the media knows about the situation at EM. Any congratulation from the brightest and greatest on website like LinkedIn , Facebook, Twitter, etc. ) needs to be replaying with true facts, and you will see what happens to the company..More specific EM CEO.

Here is the only way to steer EM in a better direction.

Gain access to the Crazy 8 Ball that DW uses for all decisions and swap out the decision floaty with one that has answers like:

Find more oil and gas
Focus on culture/cancel WE3
Stop offshoring
Give raises/stop attrition
Replace CFO

Other suggested answers please suggest……

I agree we are treated like cr-p, but woke? Woke implies some level of awareness or concern for people in general. DW and EM are many things, but “woke”, isn’t one of them.

DW wants the attrition. He thinks everyone is replaceable except him, when he's the one who really needs replaced.

Regardless of any decisions Rex made, he saw himself as part of the ExxonMobil family. He interacted with all employees like they were smart and valuable peers. He also constantly reminded the company of its ethical responsibilities. (Boy scout, after all.)

Enter Darren. He clearly thinks he is God and despises everyone below him. I no longer hear reminders of ethics and kind behavior. I see the exact opposite in policy and salary treatments. Darren is smart and I don’t dislike some of his business acumen. But he is slowly squishing all his employees under his foot, as he grinds us into the ground.

It takes more than smarts to be a good leader. The attrition is directly a function of the culture Darrin is setting very high up in the company.

Um, the campus? Russia? Brazil exploration? XTO purchased at the top of the market? Rex got us into this mess. Maybe Lee Raymond would be a better choice.
