I don't think management deserves severance. They signed on to be a company man or woman. They are paid well and should have money in the bank.
I clock in at 8 and clock out at 5, no over time, no weekend work, nothing above and beyond because I want to keep my mind intact! I balance my life perfectly, more me time than T time and that's the way it should be for all employees!
Make them fire you with severance. Reduce hours. Play the game they created.

“Most T employees don’t have current marketable skills and leadership knows this.”
Maybe the org you work in - sorry to hear that.
Most T employees don’t have current marketable skills and leadership knows this.
Call it what you want. AT&T doesn’t care and wants you to leave.
Sounds like some bs. Most likely reasons to quit: bad manager/management, low salary/limited raises or bonuses, lack of work/life balance.
I think most of us can check those 3 boxes.
“Revenge Quitting” - seems like a new made up term. The reasons given seem like good reasons just for “Regular Quitting”.
