I work in CPG. We are being outsourced to multiple companies. JLL, potentially, as well as CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield. We're told HR will notify us in August with our fate. Some of us will be offered a job with the outsource company and some of us will be displaced.

When did Hederson acknowledge RFP out for RE services? Is there a projected layoff date?

Rumors it will be CBRE due to the stronghold they already have on WF. Will impact property management.

It is coming we just don't know when. Henderson acknowledged RFP's were out for Real Estate Services.

Signs are pointing to yes. Mainly for property management at first

Contractors have been taking over cpg tasks for years and years now. There's hardly any internals left at this point. I'm guessing that in a few years it will be executives only. One benefit of shutting down all but a few buildings.
