Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Management Team Award

I know we officially find out our bonus % on January 31, but does anyone have any reliable sources that have a good sense of what it might be? Higher or lower than 100%?

“ We need to return it since our leadership inspires me and they deserve it more”

It’s not ‘appropriate’ for mixed company to state what “leadership” truly ‘deserve’.

They already announced it will be less than 100 due to the data breech.

“ The problem is they didn’t provide clear targets“

They never do.

If I was betting, I would say it’s going to be higher, similar to last year.

I think they know they have a huge morale problem, and while I am sure they don’t particularly care about that…I do believe the easiest thing for them to do is try to throw a few extra sheckles at it.

I'm guessing slightly higher than 100% like something 102-109% but we'll see. I really doubt it'll be less than 100% and doubt it will be higher than 110% but that would be nice.

Got laid off 12/13 and just got my severance payout deposited today so looking forward to another pay day in March. All while enjoying my new higher paying remote job. Thanks T!

Hoping a little more than 100% since they laid me off in November and it's pro rated.

Over 100%... It's over 100% every 8 or 9 out of 10 years and will be this year.

2 schools of thought on this: how do they want to be perceived. They might say well we as employees didn’t hit our targets and give us less in order to upset us even more. That will be very telling give the executive raises and stock buyback they are doing. That will signal they definitely want us gone. Or 2, they might decide ti be magnanimous and give us over 100%. I’m going to guess we land around that 115-120 mark. But who know they may do a 150 or they may say 93. It’s really what they feel like since the targets are so wishy washy.

It is always lower.

The problem is they didn’t provide clear targets. I just looked at the document on hronestop last night.

It only says 20% free cash flow, 20% something and 60% operations or something but no real targets were published like in past years when they said they wanted 16B in FCF.

So essethey can give you whatever they want. My guess is we’ll be over 100% ill say 116%
