Too cheap to pay the WSJ, but what I did read doesn’t mention WF. Not because our DEI has been rationalized (as if) but rather because we don’t matter.
This must frustrate our Napoleonic money-center poseur in Hudson Yards.

DEI is very unethical and needs to be removed as soon as possible.

Boohoo man. You sound like an unstable cry baby and are likely projecting with your mental health diagnosis of others. Take a breath. You'll be fine. If sane people survived the brain dead 46, you'll make it through 47. You got through 45 somehow.
It's the year of DEI, ex: a constitutionally prohibited from running convicted neurodivergent tangerine was hired to dismantle the federal government.
For the rest of his career Shart can't work anywhere that doesn't have a DEI program. I don't care if WF is the last company in America that has one, it won't change while that id--t is the CEO.
WF has a dark cloud over this place...
LOL!
WF cant move like a regular bank like JPM, BNY and GS. I don't know if you know it but there is a dark cloud over this place, from the scandals to CEO saying he cant find minority execs to hire. This company cant afford any self generated bad press at all.
