@1dg+1jj8ktr6n Not in my LOB. They make us peons take up the slack for their non-performance until a layoff comes around and then they are laid off.
DNM are cut every year. No severance.
Manager slipped in a team meeting and said those not meeting expectations won't be here in February. Sounds like a layoff is coming to me.
