Might be the case but I wouldn’t expect a few posts on this site to inform that view.
Someone tell me if I have this correct: When a critical system is down, we no longer have an outage management team that oversees the restoration, documents root cause, and puts an action plan in place to make sure that we don’t have a similar issue for the same reason next week. Instead we probably have some misfit support team missing in action that will get to it when they get to it.
