I want to leave TSG and join a differ LOB, will that mean i get off boarded from my current role and lose my vacation days and start fresh in the new role?

You don't lose vacation time. The new group may not honor vacation dates you have already picked.

Hahahhaha … yes you nailed it. Just like if I’m a DEI hire and I’m surely owed something because of my tint and hue or my attractions to similar genders… ya see I suffered , ‘ya’ll owe me sumthin!’, and I should get a vacation refresh! What’s even worse? We have an HR led by coprolites that cannot communicate or answer to insanity like this. This place is soiled underwear.
Is this a real post? This is why we are an employer of last choice. This is the “new talent” that the company continues to bring in and promote while eliminating tenured SMEs.

It’s not as bad as the post from the employee saying that they were being promoted to SVP and wanted to know if their merit and bonus would double.
