BCBS is so much better and I wish where I worked offered it. While I believe all health insurance is somewhat problematic, in comparison BCBS is much more trustworthy and customer service much more helpful. Where I work, the main feedback on the year end survey wish list was to drop UH and go with something else.

BCBS is more expensive but the coverage is better and the red tape is less than UH.
UHC coverage is the worst i have ever seen. I'm tired of getting bills when I pay for insurance!
H0w is this related t0 Lay0ffs? Actually coverage options are pretty good in comparison to what's I've seen market rates go for, if you have Surest which is through UHC.
