Patently false. Not ALL. Some. And some still recognize the mutual benefit of offering their employees some flexibility with a hybrid schedule.
Lets not be to hasty about RTO. Think of all the jobs you will create. Let's run down the list quickly.

- More gas guzzling
- Daycare
- 10 dollar lunches
- Parking

I don’t like 5 day RTO because it racks up 18,000 miles per year on my car. The wear and tear, the very expensive oil changes, and the waste of time in traffic. 5 day RTO is essentially a $12,000 per year pay cut with a new $60,000 auto purchase waiting at the end of 5 years. 3 day RTO must come back.
I rater enjoy going in 5 days. I like seeing my team everyday. Im pro RTO.
