Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

ATT does not care about DEI over 45

So if you’re young and d-mb or new and gullible, but if you are over 45 your not long to be employed.

ATT gives out Swag crud to the young pups and new peeps and says we are all about inclusion but 45 and above you are a feast for the dim wits up top.

They couldn’t care less about your s-x, s-xual affiliation, creed, race or religion.

You make to much, your to high to cover for insurance and so on but I suppose that is all companies now!

Stank is grouchy because he hates himself and as such, hates everyone within his age range. And out of his age range. He really just hates everyone and is a toxic warlord.

Let's take race out of it for a minute.

Stankey literally stated, out loud, to the entire company, that his workforce was too old, and did not line up with the customer demographic. It certainly caught the attention of everyone I know still here that is 50 or older.

Like immediately, Teams lit up with messages-- "did he really just say that OUT LOUD???".

And for me, it's not even the offensive nature of the comment itself.

It's that the guy is so feeble minded that he just said it out loud. That's our CEO.

If they don’t already, T should publish employee demographic data (including age bands) to see how it benchmarks against overall population and workforce population

So many DEI comments get deleted from this site if that tells you anything. Do you think T will get rid if DEI? Do you think they’ll onshore jobs to qualify for a better corporate tax rate?
