Who wants to stay at a place where you’re constantly passed over for promotions, and now you don’t even get a merit increase? No thanks. I’m done with that.

You are all in the most easy situation in decades. You don’t have to work OT and weekends for free.
I fear that our country’s educational system no longer graduates competent employees.
It’s an intentional move to push employees out so they don’t have to give redundancy packages or an excuse for the layoff.

Can't wait to leave this dump. Employees are grappled by fear and intimidation. Our senior leaders know how to tell a good story thanks to their speech writers, otherwise they're rather clueless on how to lead.
