Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

If I wanted to save this company

I’d fire everyone on the board, Stankey, McElfresh, and the entire C suite.

Then I’d pay Chris Sambar whatever his price is to come back and lead.

Sambar refered to RTO tracking as Drakonian Reptilian low brain mentality, which is the direction that Stank selected

You are clueless

I am not. I worked for the man. Did you? He had the opportunity to loosen the RTO restrictions at multiple points and every time chose the most restrictive option to su-k up to his bosses. If the policy said 2 days he said 3. If the policy said vacation days count as in - office, he said they did not. F him, and F you.

“Chris was in fact against RTO and a lot of other things Stankey is and was pushing. He didn’t see eye to eye at all and saw no clear upward path. He left to be free of it all.”

Chris Subpar didn’t meet performance expectations and was terminated for cause.

I would make Elon Must CEO and he would make the company profitable immediately.

Sambar leaving was a bad sign for the company, I’m sure he had it with the nitwits above him.
