They don’t care. The quicker everyone realizes this is a headcount reduction exercise the better you will be. They don’t care about whatever your team’s metric is (unless it’s sales related). They really don’t. Only metric they care about is the presence report. Do your 5x8 and you can sit there watching videos on your phone all day. They want you to keep the machine humming along and that’s it.

How many T employees have the guts to openly by name demand “fairness” and a return to WFH?

Bet all of you hide and secretly cry about RTO.

“ Fairnessand boundaries Genz cupcakes are so adorable 😆 🤣 😂 you live in a maga world now. Nepotism Orligrachs fascist and racist”

Never-ever going to let a Demwit like you redefine things after the utter train wreck we all (including you) have experienced over the last 4 years. Fascist and Racist??? I don’t think so. We just LIVED through 4 years of communism and the worst form of racism imaginable with DEI. We had our government run social and mainstream media. Imprison republicans. Our government was acting like China. So please little Demwit OP, G T F O!

Great article. However, betcha only thing that comes of this is that the new buzzword for 2025 will be a meaningless catchphrase of "“Empowered Engagement.” Guarantee it. And it will be meaningless because the meat of the article just above this was "emphasized that leadership competency plays a critical role in maintaining alignment and fostering engagement, reinforcing the importance of strong leadership in addressing these issues" and T don't have that

" Gallup estimates that disengaged employees cost the global economy $7.8 trillion annually, or 11% of GDP, due to lost productivity, absenteeism, and turnover."

I am guessing that will greatly offset any perceived utilization gains.

Great article and accurately reflects what many employees are feeling. It is good to know that many employees in many industries are on the same page.
