@fv+1jjhms09k, Wells Fargo does not do agile, they have been doing hybrid all this time. They pretend to do agile by simply using agile terminologies and agile tools, but in essence, they are still doing waterfall. That's because upper management doesn't understand agile and they are still forcing waterfall to agile teams. Of course it doesn't work that way.
