These are sad pathetic numbers. We use to be so much better. Never before have I seen the large influx of customers coming in the store to cancel wireless and home services. We are bleeding customers like never before. The customers that we make 100% on too. All because we have no customer service or a means of retaining customers. Take your guarantee and put where I guarantee the sun don't shine.

Easy to exceed expectations when the bar is set as low as it’s been. So congrats to JS on that win. Turning out impressive numbers based on growth and innovation vs cost cutting and operational measures including RTO and surplus activities - that’s a different story entirely and not one I expect we’ll be seeing anytime soon.
