Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

So, after all the cuts it appears I'm the only American left on the team. Everyone else is Indian. All the new hires are India contractors or FTEs. Seems to be a pattern here... guess my days are numbered.

If you're retort is personal responsibility, morality, etc then you are externalizing your own insecurities and are unable to process your own internal emotions so you are trying to control the environment around you beyond your sphere of influence. If you conduct your personal self in the way you see as appropriate then you have met your requirements. And if it is truly one of those points then you would not work for Wells and help its skullduggery continue..."

With every product / process / team / rule / etc audited & regulated, sending jobs with inherent data security risks overseas is unconscionable. Seems like there is zero to no regulatory oversight which makes no sense.
