Why doesn't every position provide bonuses? WTF! And what a joke for comp!
Ops risk officers get a lot of more than that for copying your work onto a report they hand back to your management. Time for you to switch teams and quit complaining. Now excuse me while I go back to deciding which trip to take the fam on this year.

Non-Engineer in Tech (Cyber). My bonus for last 3 years with Meets has been $17k.
This is bank. The real bonus money is for bankers
Last year as Lead Engineer with Exceeds i got ~25k. Got an exceeds again this year, will find out amount on Thurs.
I just assumed IT doesn't really get large bonuses
