@ak you don't have to post this on every single thread.
Some have contractors in India. Most of the management and product design is stateside. Some banks, JPM and Truist, have moved back projects from India to US. Maybe this will be the lesson Wells will learn in a few years.
WF was the last holdout, We are not 7yrs behind but about 20yrs behind...lol
Some banks have contractors in India so they don’t get behind etc., BMO (Bank of the West) does. I would say the bigger the bank more than likely they have some support in India.

Check out other companies on the layoff site, we aren't the only ones going through this.
Oh man. We're the last to scale up I&P compared to competitors. Maybe about 7 years behind.
