DeepSeek has pulled the curtains back 🔙 on BS Tech.
And Avaya isn't even in the same class as technology companies. They just hope the smoke and mirrors game will get a real tech company to buy. Never.

I didn't Realize Mitel is in need of an Avaya-like corporate financing/leveraged loan back door fix....but due to recent changes in other court rulings, they are not as lucky as Avaya.
This will get interesting. Corporate manipulation is not so easy now.

Ok. I'll bite.
BYA AVAYA!! Game OVER! None of the "suggested" buyers will spend a penny on #Avaya. Even $MSFT is toast<
Makes much more sense
A good guess is this is what the OG intended. Heck. Ever your beloved "AI" suggested this is how it should read..
Agreed.
Today was literally the final nail in the Avaya coffin.
If Mitel is out of Chapter11-related Debt Chaos, it would possibly be the only option for either sinking ship. Yet it is by no means strategic. Just a short lived life line by combining to losing companies.
Big Tech is a house of cards. Bloated. False value.
And Avaya isn't even in Tech. They are still a phone business.
THEREFORE, If Big Tech is now exposed, and Avaya (Apollo) desires to be acquired by Big Tech....the door just closed
(Google "technology stocks 27-Jan 2024).
If you have followed the transformational news of the last 24 hours...you totally get this post.
If you can't figure it out due to someone's messy cutting and pasting, the. You likely will never get it and belong with a big Scarlet A on your chest.
are you high rn?
I’m on this forum alot. I cannot tell what this post means. Can someone rewrite it so it’s readable? Seems important but I can’t really tell.
I think the cut and paste was messed up there...but I believe I figured it out.
And it is very true. Very, very, very. Mark Avaya as a catastrophic loss for Apollo and a Brigade Capital. Not just the typical "loss wrote off". This one is epic.
