At bny since December? Specifically Houston office? I was one of those let go back in December, and before asking, yes I always was either at model or above model for coming into the office. I also always received a meet’s expectations from my manager so I dont wanna hear any of that bs from the dude who thinks we didnt work. Anyway, how are folks feeling? When is the next round of layoffs for Houston? Job market is tough. Getting interviews but no offers. Thinking I may just go back to school, ride this job market out and hope that it gets better in a couple of years. Job market 2024/2025 not the same as job market 2021(was way better in 2021). Same ol same ol, new ppl come and replace few of the old ones, grease the oil wheels thinking they’re doing something innovative… and the cr-p continues. You’re missing nothing but a paycheck (I know that’s the most important but hopefully you’ll land something soon)
